  we come to llandudno verry often and try diferent restaurants but this is the worst by far.total waist of time and monay

  We turned up as a party of eight having pre-booked. Booking didn't seem to make much difference though because the humourless old trout who seemed to be in charge got flustered & a bit abrupt. She was also abrupt with the other members of the staff. I got the feeling that no-one liked working there & I could understand why. When not being surly the old lady was patronisingly polite at times.She was dressed & made up in a pretend Italian style, but it did her no favours. Her appearance was just as severe as her manner & she looked very dated. Sadly the evening wasn't rescued by the food which was only so-so. This manageress/owner ruined any chance of having a decent time and until she leaves, this restaurant will have a difficult time. God help them. Please do not be tempted to enter.
